Glasses for less than 1 BGL, not cleaned and in case you ask for new, the answer is "This is the glasses we have", in case you mentioned that are not clean, the answer is " This is from the dishwasher".... Of course.... in case 6 guest ask for menu, the answer is "you have 2". No comment....
